Real people. Real attention.

CASCADE IS A FULL SERVICE COMMUNITY BANK offering a wide range of banking solutions to the residents of the Puget Sound Region. Cascade Bank's 22 offices are located in Snohomish, King and Skagit Counties. Chartered in 1916, Cascade is the oldest financial institution headquartered in Snohomish County, Washington, and has been locally managed for more than 90 years.

CASCADE’S VISION of being the preferred community bank not only addresses how it serves customers, but its community support as well. Cascade’s corporate philanthropy and involvement with local organizations, charities and fundraisers continues to expand each year.

The impact of Cascade’s corporate giving is broadened as Cascade employees connect with their communities by donating their time and funds. Employee volunteerism ranges from participating on disaster relief fundraising to landscaping work at local non-profits. Below is one example of the ways that the Cascade team gives back to the communities that sustain our success.

MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is to enhance shareholder value by focusing on the customer.

We will empower well-trained, knowledgeable employees to deliver the best financial solutions and exceed customer service expectations.

We will employ a disciplined, forward-thinking strategy to ensure efficient and cost effective operations.

United Way Honors Cascade Bank
United Way of Snohomish County honored Cascade with three awards for our participation in their 2008 “Live United” fundraising campaign. Cascade received the top award of the evening, the President’s Award. This award, which honors the most outstanding campaign for a for-profit company, was won in part by the generous donations of Cascade employees. Bank employees pledged a total of $88,000 to United Way—a 23% increase over last year.

The bank was also presented with the Best of Industry Award (presented to the top bank) and Live United Award. For more information, visit United Way’s website: http://www.uwsc.org.
